Our mission is to help Brazilian nationals determined to live abroad by working in their profession, as well as to assist hospitals and health care private practices in the U.S. to identify and hire qualified professionals.

All over the world, the lack of health care workers, mainly nurses, is increasing dramatically. Basically, this phenomenon has its origins in the human race’s longevity increase, associated with the progress in health care technologies.

Due to this great demand, the American government has enacted a streamlined immigration procedure to benefit certain health care workers. The immigration process for Registered Nurses and family to obtain their green card is very simple.

Our International Training and Recruitment Program helps qualified health care workers to fulfill their dream of working for first-class hospitals in the U.S., in the field of nursing, earning a minimum of about US$42,000 (forty two thousand dollars) per year, and benefits. In order to be able to start career in the U.S., the nurse must be willing to obtain the Professional Equivalency. Our company will take care of everything else!!

The Program is based in the Code of Federal Regulations 20 CFR 656.15, which defines and lists the lack of certain professionals in the American job market, designating them as Schedule A Occupations.
